A hint of desperation in my entry for today.  ‘Bloody Chemistry exam tomorrow.  Damn, I’ve not revised.’  Well it was only Chemistry.

In the world cup, France defeated Italy 2-0 and in perhaps the best performance of the whole world cup, Morocco kept the West Germans at bay until the 87th minute when Lothar Matthaus broke the deadlock with what turned out to be the game’s only goal.
